Guest service on the resort

You do not have to go out the door if you have questions. You do not have to read paper "do it yourself instructions" for using your sauna or induction hob. On the contrary, Walensee Apartments chooses for personal service on Resort Walense, exclusively for our guests!

During your stay, you can ask for the help of our Swiss hostess every day. You can find out how this works in practice in the e-mail with "travel details", which you will receive from us shortly before arrival.

Whether it concerns information about the surroundings, or the operation of your sauna, fireplace or induction hob. Our hostess will directly answer all your questions, or she will pay you a visit (by appointment) to provide you with an explanation. Your holiday has never had this amount of luxury!
